Work-Outs Prior to Official Start: none

Try-Out Information: Try Outs & Time Trials for JV & New Swimmers is the 1st week of practice at the Williams Field Pool. Times:

  • Swimmers: 2:45pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am)
  • Divers: 5:00pm to 6:15pm, Monday through Thursday

Please come dressed with equipment in a mesh bag with your name on the tag and on every thing else including goggles.

Please have all neccessary tasks completed to be cleared through Register My Athlete by 12:00pm on 08.23.20.

  • 41.2 OPIOID EDUCATION - All student athletes shall complete the Opioid online concussion education course. Student athletes participating in sports as of the 2021-2022 school year shall complete the course. All student-athletes shall complete the course prior to participation in practice or competition.

Knights Swimming and Diving Make a Splash at State

At the 2019 AIA State Swim and Dive Meet on November 6th and 7th at the Skyline Pool the Higley Knigths made a huge splash: Keaton Jones completed an amazing Freshman season by winning the State Title for 500 Freestyle and came in 2nd in the 100 Back Stroke. Higley Swims and Dives to Victory Against Williams Field

In a meet against the Williams Field Blackhawks, the Knights Women and Men’s teams beat the Blackhawks 114-72 and 116-66 respectively.
