Boys Tennis Club Starts Monday 9/11!

Any HHS 9-12 grade boy interested in playing tennis for HHS in the spring is invited to come out on Mondays from 2:30-4:00 pm.  The first meeting is Monday September 11 out on the courts after school.  Come dressed to play (shorts, t-shirt, court shoes and racquet).  If you have questions email Coach Anderson at

On Wednesday, March 8th, the Boys Tennis team traveled to Maricopa HS and completed their 3rd sweep of the season, but not without some drama. Boys Tennis sweeps Sierra Linda HS

On Tuesday, March 7th, the Boys Tennis team hosted Sierra Linda. They were successful in putting their first loss of the season behind them and swept Sierra Linda 9-0. Juniors Alec Markosian and Zach Farnsworth led the charge with straight set wins in singles and a solid 8-1 win in doubles. JV did not play.

Boys Tennis traveled to Cactus Shadows High School in Cave Creek on Thursday, March 2nd. They faced their toughest match of the season and were swept 0-9. On March 1, the Varsity Boys Tennis team was able to pull out a great 5-4 win over Deer Valley High School at home. Boys Tennis Defeats Youngker HS 9-0

The season officially began on Tuesday, Feb 28th, as the Knights welcomed the Youngker Roughriders to Higley High School for a DII non-section match. Both the Varsity and JV squads played well to begin the year with a 9-0 and 4-0 victory, respectively. Shout outs to seniors Ethan Lacanienta and Tyler Saiz who won their
